LI Urgent Care

LI Urgent Care  is a walk-in center. Scheduling using this service does not guarantee the time you are seen. All patients are seen on a first come, first served basis. The time you select is not an appointment but rather a save your spot to allow you to complete all paperwork from the comfort of your home.

If you want to be tested for novel coronavirus you have to save your spot.  All sick visits can walk in anytime if an appointment is not available. We strive to provide each patient we serve with our full attention and to create a schedule that can accommodate you as efficiently as possible. When we make an appointment with you, it is a two-way commitment. During the pandemic we want to accommodate all our patients; so if you are unable to make it for your appointment please cancel 24 hours in advance so that we can offer your time slot to someone else. As of today you will be able to save your spot up to 2 days in advance.

Welcome to LI Urgent Care.  New York State’s ONLY urgent care clinic ACCREDITED by both National Urgent Care Center Accreditation (NUCCA) and Urgent Care Association Of America (UCA). Open 365 days located in West Babylon, Town of Babylon New York & Manorville, NY.  Opening soon we will be bringing the same great service to our new location in Middle Island, NY.  We are your families urgent care.  We offer pediatric (18 months & older) urgent care and adult prompt care.  In addition, we see No-Fault & Workers’ Comp (within 24 hours of injury only) patients.

We offer extended hours for the convenience of our patients.  You will be quickly seen by highly trained & experienced providers with years of experience treating common illnesses and injuries.

We offer immediate care without appointment and offer services including XRay and in-house lab tests to diagnose a variety of medical issues while you wait.  All our providers are NRCME certified DOT Medical Examiners who offer CDL Medical Exams for Commercial Drivers License.

Aside from medical care some of the services provided include vaccinations, school & work physicals, COVID-19 testing & drug screening.
